Reason for Visit (“RFV”) changes
We have added a new feature which allows Dealers to add Job details (Work required, Agreed Estimate and Labour time) to allow users to send a “complete” Job quote to the customer which includes the reason for customer visit including RFV together with identified items during the health check.

VHC
- Users will now be warned that VHC data is not saved before it allows them to move to another tab. Users will be able to either return to the VHC to save the input information or move discard the changes and move to another page.

Parts Pricing Search
- Changes have been made to the default settings in the Part Pricing search to show all information before the user starts adding filters, and providing more fluidity when a user adds or removes filters from their search criteria.
Site Settings
- Added a ‘Declined Confirmation / Online Auth Decline All’ option in Online Auth settings. This will give the customer the ability to decline all items and automatically send them an email confirming all items were declined.
’Others’ tab
- Minor UI changes and Labels for headers were changed to better reflect the information displayed.
Authorisation tab
- The authorisation tab will now show additional items separate to the basket.
Bug Fixes
General
- A number of minor aesthetic bugs with UI features have been fixed.
- VHC print totals will no longer display on a page on its own if the body of the VHC does not fit on one page.
- Issue part/labour screen print in the web application is functional again.
Site Settings
- The default labour rate for a site will now be indicated in the labour rates settings.
Chat
- The chat bubble in the application (where applicable) should now show the correct number of unread messages.
Online Auth.
