Site Settings can be accessed from the navigation bar by clicking on Settings > Site Settings
Follow Up Period
The follow up period determines the date that an unsold VHC item is added to the Follow up System.
For example, using the settings shown, if a set of Brake Pads are identified as AMBER but not sold, the Brake Pads will appear in the follow up System in 3 months’ time. Similarly, if the same Brake Pads were identified as RED, then they would appear in the Follow up System in 1 days’ time.
