The main body of the current VHC screen, and thus occupying the majority of the page, is called the VHC List. The VHC list will display all of the VHCs that have either visited, or are due to visit, the
dealership for the selected Date Range.
The top of the VHC List Section contains the column headers. These column headers describe the information displayed in that column for each VHC below it. Starting from left to right, the column headers read:
- Ticks – Used to select VHCs to delete
- Icons – Visual aids to notify user of certain information.
- Date – The date for which the VHC is booked in.
- JC No. – Job Card Number
- SA – The Service Advisor assigned to the VHC
- Tech – The Technician who completed the VHC
- Make – The make of the vehicle
- Model – The model of the vehicle
- Customer – The customers name
- Vehicle Details – The vehicle registration
- VHC status – The current status of the VHC. For more information see: autoVHC Statuses
- Ident. – The amount of up-sell opportunity identified
- Auth. – The amount of up-sell opportunity sold
- Workshop – The workshop within the dealership for which the VHC has been assigned
- Comments – Comments can be added here as a visual aid
Sorting the VHC List
The VHC list can be ordered for the users convenience, by simply clicking the column header you wishto sort by. For example, to sort by ‘VHC Status’ click the ‘VHC Status’ column header.
