Site Settings can be accessed from the navigation bar by clicking on Settings > Site Settings
Pre-Identified Checkbox Label
The “Pre-Identified” text can be adjusted on a site by site basis, each VHC item can then be associated to “Pre-Identified”. “Pre-Identified” work is split from other figures on the VHC Analysis Report.
Work that is reported by the customer prior to the VHC cannot be classed as ‘upsell’. Instead dealers can use the “Pre-Identified” to remove value from upsell reports.
