Site Settings can be accessed from the navigation bar by clicking on Settings > Site Settings
Enable Tri-Colour VHC Report
Enabling this option changes the appearance of the default report, changes from one column to three columns Red, Amber and Green.
Enable Tyre Ordering – Authorisation
Enabling this option allows Stapletons Tyre Ordering from authorise costing screen.
Enable Tyre Ordering – Issue
Enabling this option allows Stapletons Tyre Ordering from parts costing screen.
Enable Ident Authorisation Pop-up
Enabling this option activates a pop-up on the authorise costing screen. The pop-up contains a breakdown of cost per VHC item.
Labour Discount
Enabling this option allows labour to be discounted from labour costing screen.
Parts Discount
Enabling this option allows parts to be discounted from parts costing screen.
Show Video Quality
Enabling this option activates a confirmation checkbox required before sending the customer an email.
Enable Email Template Editor
Enabling this option activates the advanced email template editor, this editor allows multiple templates to be created and associated to a franchise and language.
Enable Email Authorise Summary
Enabling this option gives the site the functionality to send confirmation emails after authorising VHC items.
