We have created our own Sign Off Documentation for both the DMS and the Site, to ensure that any development and site training session runs as smoothly as possible. These documents would need to be completed by a representative from the DMS, before deployment to a live site, and would also need to be completed by a site representative to ensure that the site are also happy with the development that has been implemented.
