Recalling the job from within the DMS will return a single service order, filtered by its ID (Which would be the Job Card Number). Please ensure that a check is completed in autoVHC before you attempt this method, or no data will pull back to the DMS.
Pre-requisite: a VHC must be in a Technician Checked (C Status) and/or a Service Advisor Checked State (S Status). In the below image, the Get Service Order By ID method would have to search for a job card of 12.
