- XML information, including mandatory fields and field types
- Available URL/URIs and environments
- Documentation for the DMS (Dealer Management System) and the site to sign off any integration
- Description of mock testing
- Standard procedures to test an integration
- Methods of integration
- How to troubleshoot any integration issues
Anything not mentioned explicitly in this manual is considered out of scope and will not form part of the final solution. It will be considered an additional or new development item that would need its own scope, requirements and agreed time scales.
